Des Moines Playhouse Fun!

River Woods teacher, Ms. Sheriff, played Mrs. Nelson in the show. Above, she is pictured with 3 ticket winners.

A group of River Woods students and their families attended the November 7th dress rehearsal of the Des Moines Playhouse show “Little House Christmas at Plum Creek”.  River Woods’ own Ms. Sheriff played Mrs. Nelson in the show!  To earn tickets to the show, River Woods students had to exemplify safe, responsible and respectful behavior at school.  Congratulations to our well behaved, and well deserving, students!  Students will have additional opportunities this year to earn tickets for future Des Moines Playhouse shows.
