Girls’ Club Meets Their ARL Fundraising Goal
This February, 5th grade Girls’ Club organized a fundraiser to benefit the Animal Rescue League. Donations were collected for each grade level, and the grade that raised the most funds won a special visit from the Animal Rescue League (2nd grade). An announcement was made that if we could raise the school-wide goal of $200, Ms. Dailey and Mrs. Allison would be hit with pies in their faces. The school was able to double that goal, raising a total of $459. Ms. Dailey and Mrs. Allison agreed to take two pies in the face during last week’s Harlem Globetrotter assembly.
