3rd-5th Graders to take Iowa Assessments

Students in grades 3rd, 4th and 5th will be talking Iowa Assessments April 4th through the 7th each day from 9:00 to 11:00.  These tests are very important in determining your child’s rate of academic growth.  Please ensure your child is prepared to do their best by getting a good night sleep, eating breakfast and getting to school on time each day.  We realize these are high stakes tests for our state; however, we ask only that each student do their best.  Teachers will be reviewing test taking stratgies and giving practice tests a few day leading up to formal testing.  If you have any questions or you are aware your child will be absent during this time please call the school office.
